Welcome to BPI’s 5th Annual Day of Giving.
This year, when you make your gift, it’s being matched twice: first by our generous community partners at the Dermot Company, and then again through Bard’s endowment matching challenge grant, tripling your gift.
Join us in making a gift that champions rigorous, in-person, and degree-granting college opportunities for incarcerated students in NY and beyond. Your gift to BPI provides critical support for:
- Nearly 600 students currently pursuing Bard AA, BA and MA degrees in prison;
- BPI faculty, staff, and students as we continue to rebuild following the historic labor strike in NYS prisons last spring, and;
- Expanding college access and opportunity for incarcerated people across the country as BPI trains and cultivates emerging leaders in the field of college-in-prison.
